Ny forelæsningsserie præsenterer verdensnavne i Aarhus
På Institut for Kultur og Samfund lanceres nu en forelæsningsrække, der to gange årligt vil præsentere den brede offentlighed for verdensnavne inden for human- og socialvidenskaberne. Første forelæsning i den nye serie afholdes den 9. april, hvor James C. Scott fra Yale University vil gøre publikum klogere på ”tæmningens historie”.

AU og KU samarbejder om ny efteruddannelse i latin
Et nyt samarbejde mellem universiteterne i København og Aarhus kan fra efteråret give gymnasielærere i oldtidskundskab undervisningskompetence i latin på kun fire semestres deltidsstudium.

Mette Løvschal awarded DKK 2,6 million in grants
Within just two weeks IMC researcher Mette Løvschal was awarded not one but two postdoctoral grants worth a total of DKK 3,5 million. We talked to the happy IMC archeologist about the two projects and what the grants mean for her future plans.
